Legal Process Services
We offer service of process to attorneys and the general public. We offer
service in Pierce County only at this time. Discount for attorney with
signed contract.
We require you to have a valid home address for the individual who
needs to be served. A work address is helpful as well.
Fee Schedule
All pricing is for one attempt to serve at the best location you have provided. Each
additional trip requires a "return trip fee". Payment in full must be made before a
"return of service" is filed with the courts.
Basic Service: $50.00 (plus .50 cents a mile for outside Tacoma)
This service is for you if you have at least 14 days to serve.
Rush Service: $75.00 (plus .50 cents a mile for outside Tacoma)
This service is for you if the other party needs to be served within 7 days.
Super Service: $100.00 (plus .50 cents a mile for outside Tacoma)
This service is for you if the other party needs to be served within 3 days.
Same Day Service: $150.00 (plus .50 cents a mile for outside Tacoma)
Evasive Service: Additional $50.00
